Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-01.
You may not
- Spam. Sending unsolicited bulk email outside the platform's registered-attendee list.
- Storage abuse. Uploading content unrelated to your webinars to use LoopWebinar as a generic CDN.
- Circumvention. Creating multiple free accounts to dodge plan limits.
- Illegal content. CSAM, IP infringement, fraud, harassment, regulated content without licenses.
- Resale. Reselling LoopWebinar access as your own service (white-label is a paid feature with separate terms).
Fair use
Plan caps (storage, attendees, emails) are hard limits — when you hit them, you're upgraded, approved for a storage add-on, or blocked. Storage add-ons only increase video-hour storage and do not expand any other plan cap. We do not police usage WITHIN your plan's caps unless it violates one of the rules above.
Enforcement
First violation: warning. Repeat or severe violations: account suspension. CSAM or fraud: immediate termination & reporting.
