What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash, organization settings, and redemption status. Payment details are handled by the marketplace or payment processor, not stored by LoopWebinar.
• Webinar data: video files (Cloudflare R2), chat messages, poll responses, CTAs.
• Attendee data: registrant name + email (you control retention).
• Usage analytics: aggregate watch time, drop-off, CTA clicks. No third-party trackers in the live room.

How we use it

• Operate the Service and enforce plan limits.
• Send transactional email (confirmations, reminders, replays).
• Improve the product (aggregated, never sold).

Who we share with

Sub-processors: marketplace/payment processors for purchases, Cloudflare R2 (storage), Resend (email), and Supabase (database). Each is contractually bound to confidentiality.

Your rights

Export, correct, or delete your data anytime. GDPR / CCPA requests: contact@loopwebinar.com.

Retention

Active account: indefinite. Cancelled account: 30-day grace period, then permanent deletion.

Cookies

Session cookie for auth. No advertising cookies on marketing pages without consent.
