Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LoopWebinar ("the Service"), operated by ConsultingWhiz LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Account & Use

You must be 18+ and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Plan Limits

Each plan has explicit caps on attendees, storage hours, emails, and active webinars. Limits are enforced both in-app and at the database layer; we do not offer "unlimited" on any tier. Exceeding a cap blocks the action that would push you over (e.g. video upload, attendee registration, email send) until you delete content, upgrade, or receive an approved storage add-on.

Storage add-ons

Additional video storage may be approved or purchased separately. A storage add-on increases only your video-hour storage cap. It does not increase attendee limits, active webinar limits, email volume, host seats, API access, white-label rights, support level, or any other plan entitlement unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Lifetime Deals (LTD)

Founding Member purchases provide lifetime access to the LoopWebinar tier purchased, subject to these terms. Stacking up to 5 codes per organization upgrades the tier per the table on /founding-members. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the LoopWebinar product, in line with marketplace standards (see AppSumo's Lifetime Deal definition).

LTD purchases include core platform features at the published tier limits. They do not include: future enterprise features (SSO, SAML, custom SLAs, dedicated infra), white-glove migration services, or product lines marketed separately. Priority support on Tier 3 is provided for the first 12 months after redemption; standard support thereafter. We may add new features at our discretion and may price major new product lines separately.

4. Refunds

60-day money-back guarantee on Founding Member purchases bought directly. Marketplace purchases (AppSumo, Whop) are subject to that marketplace's refund policy. See Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal content, deceptive marketing, or to circumvent storage/email/attendee caps. See Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts engaging in abusive sending patterns or excessive automation.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may cancel anytime — your data is exportable for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted per our privacy policy.

7. Liability

Service is provided "as-is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the greater of $100 USD or fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes, posted to this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
