What's not refundable after the 60-day window

• LTD purchases past 60 days from the date of purchase.
• Marketplace purchases past the marketplace's own refund window.
• Stacking codes used to upgrade an account that was active more than 60 days.

AppSumo / Whop / marketplace purchases

If you purchased through AppSumo, Whop, or another marketplace, refunds follow that marketplace's policy. AppSumo typically offers 60-day refunds; Whop varies by listing. Submit refund requests through the marketplace where you purchased; we honor any refund the marketplace approves.

Cancellation

LTD codes can't be "cancelled" once redeemed — they grant lifetime access. To stop using LoopWebinar, you can delete your account from /dashboard/settings; your data is exported on request and permanently removed after a 30-day grace period per our Privacy Policy.
